For our client – an Italian company producing and building components for helicopters, we are looking for a person for the position:

GENERAL MANAGER

PLACE OF WORK: LUBLIN 

(preferred work 5 days a week in the office, hybrid work only in the event of individual negotiations)

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Comprehensive company management, including supervision of operational and strategic activities;
• Insight and management of the company’s budget and cost control; 
• Determining the employment status and managing a team of employees; 
• Organizing and supervising purchases and logistics processes;
• Cooperation with PZL Świdnik and other key business partners;
• Production management;
• Monitoring and reporting financial and operational results to the company owner.

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position (most desirable in production management)
• Very good knowledge of production and logistics processes; 
• Ability to cooperate with business partners, including experience in negotiations;
• Ability to create and control a budget; 
• Communicative Italian business language; 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and leadership skills.
