For our client – Trilux Sp. z o.o. a company with German capital entering the Lublin market, a leader in the production of individual and energy-efficient lighting, we are looking for a person for the position of:
SAP/PROCESS OWNER-SALES DEPARTMENT
PLACE OF WORK: LUBLIN
(Willingness to travel across Europe / HIBRID POSSIBLE 2 TO 3)
YOUR TASK WILL BE:
- Planning and adapting international sales processes to corporate strategy;
- Standardization and quality management (across all regions and target groups);
- Accompanying the implementation of process changes (especially SAP SD solutions) (status tracking), derive and organize measures;
- Support in defining appropriate KPIs to measure process efficiency (responsible: process owner);
- Optimizing customer touchpoints for customer benefit and efficiency;
- Coordination of framework conditions for process changes (legal, etc.);
- Complete/continuous process documentation;
- Conducting or participating in international sales-related projects;
- Planning international implementations and coordination with the product/process owner;
- Organization of know-how exchange and use of synergies;
- Conducting key user training (SAP SD) on new processes/solutions;
- Shift management.

- Degree in computer science, economics, or a related field of study;
- Leadership skills and a sense of team development;
- At least 3 years of experience as process manager or SAP product owner;
- Extensive knowledge of SAP systems and solutions;
- Excellent communication skills to communicate requirements to development teams and inform stakeholders;
- Good training and presentation skills to train key users;
- Experience in the management and implementation of projects;
- English fluently spoken and written;
- High willingness to travel.
