For our client – Trilux Sp. z o.o. a company with German capital entering the Lublin market, a leader in the production of individual and energy-efficient lighting, we are looking for a person for the position of:

SAP KEY USSER / PROCESS OWNER – Production Unit
PLACE OF WORK: LUBLIN

YOUR TASK WILL BE:

• Analysis and recording of production needs, as well as implementation of relevant IT requirements with emphasis on technical aspects related to logistics and applicable SAP systems;
•  Coordinate and prioritise technical requirements to support a positive image in this specialised field;
•  Demonstrate, monitor and coordinate the smooth daily flow of activities between the relevant departments, covering the control of incidents and service requests;
•  Support and ensure the reliability and functionality of the IT environment in the production environment;
•  Central coordination of cooperation requirements with the German headquarters (central control centre) for all systems used throughout the TRILUX Group;
•  Ensure continuous operability of applications through documentation in EAM and Confluence;
•  Support at second and third levels of application support;
•  Define and communicate project progress and report on performance and usage metrics related to deployed applications.

•  Degree in business, computer science, electrical/mechatronics or similar qualification focused on manufacturing and logistics;
•  Work experience of at least 2-3 years in the manufacturing industry;
•  Passion for IT-related topics and proven experience in providing IT support for manufacturing and logistics processes, especially related to SAP ERP systems and SAP modules: Production Planning, MES and EWM;
•  Knowledge of the system modules SAP: Production Planning, MES and EWM;
•  Ability to work in a team, good communication skills;
•  Very good knowledge of Polish and English, knowledge of German would be an advantage.
