SAP KEY USER/ PROCESS OWNER – Logistic Unit

For our client – Trilux Sp. z o.o. a company with German capital entering the Lublin market, a leader in the production of individual and energy-efficient lighting, we are looking for a person for the position of:
SAP Key User/ process owner- Logistic Unit
PLACE OF WORK: LUBLIN
YOUR TASK WILL BE:
- Analyse and record the logistic needs necessary for the organisation;
- Monitoring and improvement of logistic processes by means of information technology;
- Coordinate technical requirements and prioritise them, taking into account the objectives and image in the specialised area;
- Presenting, securing and coordinating the smooth flow of activities to the relevant departments, covering incident control and service requests;
- Support and ensure the reliability of the IT branch in the production environment;
- Co-ordination of cooperation with the German head office for systems used in the TRILUX Group;
- Ensure sustainable operability of applications through appropriate documentation;
- Assistance at the second and third level of application support;
- Monitoring project progress, reporting on performance and indicators based on deployed applications.
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE:
- A degree in business, computer science, electrical/mechatronics or a qualification focused on manufacturing/logistics;
- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry;
- IT-related interest and proven experience in providing IT support for production and logistics processes (SAP ERP and SAP modules: Logistics and EWM);
- Knowledge of SAP modules on the system side: Logistics and EWM;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English, knowledge of German would be an advantage.
